This is a free outdoor event
Right in the heart of the city rises the set of ‘Mind the Gap’ – a massive and monolithic silhouette. But don’t be fooled by its apparent stillness. A sense of collapse is in the air and this imposing structure will not escape unharmed. Neither will the three individuals who have just discovered it.
As they start exploring, the structure falls apart beneath their feet. Here they are, battling landslides and falling objects, trying to maintain their precarious balance. They sway, stoop, stumble, fall and then pick themselves up again. As the materials come to life, their bodies are forced to keep their dance.
In a last desperate attempt, they try to seal the cracks, stop the leaks, and reorganise the surrounding chaos to hopefully create a better world. But is that even possible?
